The Pinedale Library’s Board Room is a versatile space nestled in the heart of the library that offers modern technology and warm aesthetics. The room accommodates board meetings, workshops, and small events. Restrooms are available outside the room’s entrance.

Outside open library hours: get the key and alarm code prior to the event and ensure all exterior library doors are locked, if after hours.
AV system is available by request and with a required tech walkthrough. Book a 30 minute reservation (10 am – 5 pm, Mon-Fri) for a walkthrough.
To reserve the Board Room, please make a request through LocalHop using the link below. This will place a hold on the room until a staff member is able to review your request, make edits, and approve. You will receive one email confirming your request and a separate email when your reservation is approved.
