
Located in the Big Piney Library, the Community Room can hold a
variety of table and chair arrangements for parties, events and
larger meetings for a maximum of 49 people. Tables and chairs are
included in the rental of the room. Restrooms are located outside
the room's entrance.
There is a charge for some uses of the Big Piney Library Community
Room. Fees are required for private events, conferences, banquets/catered
dinners, business use, and fundraisers, even for nonprofits and
government agencies.
Multiday/consecutive reservations also typically require room fees.
Fees are as follows:
$5/hour
24 hours for $300
48 hours for $400
72 hours for $500
Use of the room after 8:30 pm requires payment of the 24, 48, or
72-hour fee.
Our general rule is two reservations/month/group but exceptions
are made for hosted conferences/workshops.
