Soaring Eagle Book Award
The
Soaring Eagle Book Award gives Wyoming teens in grades 7-12 the opportunity
to select a favorite book and honor its author. It is sponsored by the
Wyoming Library Association and the Wyoming State Reading Council.

The
Michael L. Printz Award for Excellence in Young Adult Literature is an
award that honors excellence in young adult literature. Michael L. Printz
was a school librarian from Kansas and an active member of the Young Adult
Library Services Association. The award is sponsored by Booklist,
a magazine published by he American Library Association.
