The Pinedale Library's Lovatt Room accomodates up to 195 people.
It is located in the library's new addition and offers a large space
with a warm, rustic setting. Featuring natural rammed earth walls
and striking beams, this room can hold a variety of table and chair
arrangements and is ideal for large parties, events and meetings.
Tables and chairs are included in the rental of the room. Projection
equipment hangs from the above beams. A labyrinth pattern built
into the floor provides visual interest. Restrooms are located outside
the room's entrance.
The Pinedale Library's Board Room allows accommodations for up
to 15 people, adults only. It is located in the library's new addition
and is available for adult gatherings only. It offers a small meeting
space that can seat up to 15 people. One wall features cork board
for display of visual items. A flat screen monitor is also available.
The tables feature pockets to tuck away electrical cords. It is
ideal for meetings and small events. Restrooms are located outside
the room's entrance.
Located in the Pinedale Library's addition, the Western Americana
Room features a large table with 8 chairs. Because this room houses
our collection of local history books, newspaper and microfilm archives,
the space must remain open to other patrons. If privacy is required,
the Board Room should be used instead. This room is only available
for use when the library is open.
Reserve a Meeting Room
You may request a meeting room online. If you haven't previously
made a reservation, begin the process by creating an account and verifying
your email address. It can take a few minutes to get the verification
email message. Chose your
room and time slot and you will receive a confirmation email when
your reservation has been approved. (If you do not receive
a confirmation email, you do not have a reservation.) You will be contacted by library
staff if your reservation requires fees.
For questions, or to make 24, 48, or 72-hour reservations, contact

Meeting Room Use Policies
The meeting rooms in the Sublette County Libraries provide space
for library sponsored and co-sponsored programs and for other meetings
and programs of an informational, educational, cultural, recreational,
or civic nature. Library sponsored activities are given priority
in scheduling the use of the rooms. Use of any of the meeting rooms
does not constitute an endorsement of the views of the users of
the rooms by the library. The Sublette County Libraries will make
the meeting rooms in the library available to all citizens with
the understanding that they meet our policies.
The mission of
the Sublette County Library is to provide the community, through its collections
and inviting spaces, the opportunity to access information, engage with
culture and experience lifelong learning.
