Not only are the libraries of Sublette County beautiful buildings, they are actively used by the community. Over 74% of Sublette County residents have library cards, which is higher than the state average of 69%. When compared to other libraries in Wyoming serving populations of 10,000 or less, the Sublette County libraries have the largest collection (85,225 items total) of books, audio materials, videos, and print subscriptions. The libraries have the highest numbers of total materials circulated (borrowed) and interlibrary loan materials obtained for our patrons when compared to other libraries serving 10,000 people or less. And, the libraries of Sublette County also boast the largest number of public computers and public computer users when compared to other libraries serving 10,000 people or less.

Pinedale Main Library

Big Piney Branch

The branch library in Big Piney was designed by the Providence architectural firm of Dallas, Texas and constructed by Hogan & Associates of Centerville, Utah. Built in 2003, it features bright colors and industrial styling.
